Private Yoga Therapy sessions are on a one-on-one basis. Your initial visit includesa conversation with your lifestyles, thorough intake, and assessment to gain a deeper understanding of who you are, and help us to plan specifically to address your needs. Then we will deveop a comprehensive yoga therapy treatment plan.
Intake& assessment: we will inquiring and assess your health history, current treatments and medications, current physical, mental and emotional condition, and what are your health and wellness goals.
Customized yoga therapy practice: we develop a customized yoga therapy practice which includes:
Conscious and mindful breathing
Sequenced and customized individual physical movements
Customized individualized sequencing of those movements in coordination with the breath.
Each practice is customized to suit your specific needs, capabilities, goals, and lifestyle circumstances.
Take Home:We will provide an outline of the practice to be done at home in between sessions. We encourage you to take an active role and responsibilities in the healing process.
Follow-Up Sessions: We will follow up with you on a regular basis with any questions, concerns, reviewing any need or goal changes. We will evaluate and assess the progress and make modifications to update your personal practice to achieve the health that you desire.
